The Week In Winter…
Saturday: Full English Breakfast in the Ski Lodge then out to ski on empty slopes (especially out of Courchevel) for the lucky few. The SSSC (Sad Saturday Soccer Club) meet at 5pm in the Ski Lodge to watch the footie results come in on the vidiprinter on Sky and meet the new arrivals in resort.
Sunday: A free welcome drink outside the Tourist Office (usually!) and the first lively Happy Hour of the week plus live music tonight at La Taiga.
Monday: Buy a shot and win a pair of skis or a snowboard at the Ski Lodge DJ Shot Night – a big night this one!
Tuesday: Biggest night of the week (it’s chalet girls day in bed tomorrow) with the best live bands in the Three Valleys at The Ski Lodge plus Freddie Fingers continues his Tuesday Après residency at La Taiga.
Wednesday: Après ski live music plus it’s usually chalet staff day off so book early if you want to dine out anywhere – make a night of it and end up at Dick’s Tea Bar (was O’Sullivan’s, Now Sully’s) Méribel until 6am.
Thursday: Live music in the Ski Lodge with the biggest Après Ski of the week…
Friday: Last night – packed Happy Hour, live music at Ski Lodge Après and usually Open Mic or sing-a-long Karaoke at La Taiga later on too.
